Fitness Is Crucial
So you're vegan/vegetarian, and you work out right ?. No ? well lets get something straight, if you truly love your body then its crucial to get it functioning at its peak. Fitness is important, but if you hate hours at the gym then you might like my favorite form of carido; Jumping Rope. I know it sounds like something for either kids or boxers, but once you blast almost 200 calories in just 15 mintues...i'm sure you'll be a believer.
