Joining a forum is a fun, fast, and free way of helping you with your weight-loss goals. Even if you are a vegan/vegetarian whom is out to maintain their weight, forum posting can help you with everything from getting tips/advice, to finding cool recipes that you would have otherwise never thought of.

 

Emotional Eaters:

For the emotional eaters out there a key to recovery is “opening up”. It is important to discuss your thoughts with others, especially when they are people whom have “been there” before. I have such gratitude to Spark People for providing me with an outlet for my thoughts, feelings, and emotions along with advice whenever I need it. A forum is something which exists in cyber space, so for that reason once you are a member you can access your account from virtually anywhere with an Internet connection. Which can especially help those of us whom find ourselves adjusting to a “change” [marriage, new job, children], because the familiar faces on the forum can give us a sense of “consistency” in our changing lives.

Tofu Scramble/Veggies

Hey,

I am sure that a lot of people wonder exactly what vegetarian eat, and no "tofu" is not always the answer.  Some might assume that all vegetarians are "model skinny" and in no need of dieting, but that isn't true as well. Many vegetarian/vegan companies make high-fat version of "fast food" favorites like burgers, milk shakes, and ice cream. Not all vegetarian/vegan junk food is bad for you, but the same caution taken with consuming all junk food is NO DIFFERENT on a vegan/vegetarian diet. Though in the long run, even vegan/vegetarian junk food is much better for us than traditional "burger and fries" at at fast food chain. So with all of this in mind, aren't you wondering what a vegetarian/vegan person eats while dieting ?. Then this is the blog for you !

I am not a doctor, nor do i reccomend anyone to follow my menu plan. This blog is simply share my menu and way of life with you guys.
